This September, Aromanou presents a new series of workshops exploring the everyday uses and benefits of plants.

Led by certified aromatherapist Mariesolle, each session combines practical advice, traditional knowledge and simple ways to bring natural approaches into everyday life.

  • Tuesday 1 September: Managing stress more effectively
    Explore natural approaches to understanding stress and finding practical ways to manage it day to day.
  • Saturday 12 September: Why essential oils do not always work ?
    Discover how choice, dosage and use can affect the way an essential oil works, and learn how to use them more effectively.
  • Tuesday 15 September: The plants around us – Traditional remedies and knowledge
    A closer look at the plants around us and the traditional uses and knowledge passed down through generations.
  • Tuesday 22 September: Supporting digestive health
    Discover simple, natural approaches to help maintain digestive comfort and wellbeing.
