More than a race, this unique endurance event brings together runners, supporters and the wider sporting community around shared values of perseverance, commitment and the love of sport.

Following the success of its inaugural edition in 2025, the second edition of The Loop Backyard Ultra will once again start from Quartier des Serres, inviting participants to take on one of the most demanding formats in ultra-running. Every hour, runners will set off on a 6.706 km loop, returning to the starting line before beginning again, hour after hour, until only one runner remains.

But beyond the physical challenge, The Loop Backyard Ultra is a celebration of community, resilience and personal achievement. It is an event where runners encourage one another, where every completed loop represents a victory over oneself, and where families, friends and spectators contribute to the unique atmosphere that makes this experience so special.
